SG Van Rental Services / Travels & Tours (“we”, “us”) provides private van rentals, tours, and transfers in Cebu, Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information you share through sgvancarrentals.com, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

02What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

• Reservation requests: your name, phone number, email, Facebook profile (optional), pickup location (including the map point you choose), destination, travel date and time, number of passengers, trip type, notes, and the estimated route distance and drive time.
• Contact messages: your name, email, phone number (optional), topic, and message.

If you tap “Use my location”, your browser asks your permission first; we use that point only to fill in your pickup location.

03How we use it

• To reply to you, confirm availability, and send your final rate.
• To schedule your trip and coordinate pickup with our driver.
• To keep a record of bookings and inquiries for our business operations.

04What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

05Services that help us run the website

Your information is processed by these providers only to operate the services described above:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website.
• Supabase — securely stores reservation requests and messages (Singapore region).
• Google (Gmail and Google Calendar) — sends our replies and keeps our booking schedule.
• OpenStreetMap services (map tiles, place search, and route calculation) and Google Maps — show maps and routes. When you search for a pickup point, your search text is sent to these services.

06How long we keep it

We keep booking and message records only as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

07Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email us at adminsgrental@gmail.com or message us on Facebook and we'll respond promptly. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

08Keeping it safe

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored information is accessible only to our team through protected accounts.
